Shipping policy

Generally processing times are within 24 business hours and shipped the next day. We will notify you with a tracking number as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order. Please notice that Saturday, Sundays and Holidays are not business days. Processing times may also be extended during special holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions. 

 

Not Naked Club is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes; for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. The shipping costs for orders are non refundable. We will not be responsible for the payment of any additional tax under any circumstances.
